LETHAL INSTINCT is the story of Frank Aaron, a Blackstone City detective who carries a curse within him in the form of lycanthropy - yes, dear readers, that means Frank is a werewolf!

 

Around 1700, a meteorite fell from the sky on an ancient American settlement. Inside the crater was found a large black stone, which gave the city its name, "Blackstone City." This new city was founded by the first 10 settlers and over the years as the city grew, it was discovered that in each new generation children born with superhuman abilities could be traced back to contact with that same initial black stone. These people are nicknamed “Super Sapiens” by local society.

 

Frank Aaron was born 150 years ago in Blackstone City and due to events within his childhood, Frank sought revenge in the forests in the region, trying to find what had caused him pain and suffering.  As the decades passed, Frank acquired the knowledge of natural herbs and some control over transformations.  From there he moved to the city to use his unique abilities to help the weak and vulnerable. As a part of that mission, he entered the police academy and soon Frank became a detective in the Blackstone Police Department. More precisely to "Homicide Prime" aka "The Special Division," a division that takes care of cases involving super sapiens or mutations.  From this unique position and aided by his unique abilities, Detective Frank Aaron seeks to solve the most complicated and difficult cases of the Blackstone City police.
